Parenting Dialectically

Parenting is hard. Parenting a child who struggles can feel impossible. Drs. Daley and Page created this course to be a guide in how to approach parenting with emotional skills. This course draws from the principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which was designed to impart emotional skills and increased regulation for people who struggle with intense emotions. This course is not therapy, but rather therapists teaching emotional skills.
