  • Sleep:

    • Children: I will meet with the parents of children under the age of 10; it is rare to involve child in the intervention.

    • Older children and adolescents: I will initially meet with parents and child, then continue with the child and only meet with parents as needed.

    • Adults: It can sometimes be helpful to include your partner in sleep treatment, but we will make that determination as treatment moves forward.

  • For non-sleep issues, I see older adolescents (16 and up) and adults.

  • Family therapy and/or parent coaching starts with meeting with parents and then additional family members are added as appropriate.
