Insomnia Group for Adults

Session 6 of 6 session series. The information from the prior 5 sessions will be synthesized into the essential elements required for sustaining healthy sleep for the long term. Clients who are working off of medications can verify their taper strategies. We will discuss how to prevent relapse into insomnia.
