Insomnia Group for Adults
With Dr. Kristin Daley
Session 6 of 6 session series. The information from the prior 5 sessions will be synthesized into the essential elements required for sustaining healthy sleep for the long term. Clients who are working off of medications can verify their taper strategies. We will discuss how to prevent relapse into insomnia. Clients can join at any time, but it is often preferable to be able to attend sessions in the order they are delivered.
